The commissioning ceremony is OPEN to the public but you have to request an invitation.
If you’d like to attend the commissioning ceremony in August, you MUST request an invitation. Once you request the invitation, it will be mailed to you. At that time, you MUST reply (RSVP) in order to receive your tickets.
